Retirement tax questions
To get a copy of your Form SSA-1099, create an online account at ssa.gov. You will have access to it there.
You may also visit your local Social Security office or call them to send you another one.
Generally speaking, if your only income is Social Security, you probably don't make enough money to be required to file a federal tax return.

However, you may want to file a 2020 tax return if you are eligible for the Stimulus payments and to claim the Recovery Rebate Credit (RRC).
