....for a person who turned 59.5 in 2020.....the "desktop" software still asks the question about whether you received any $ before age 59.5 ....but as long as you indicate it was from a non-qualified plan on the next page, then no penalty is applied.
Thus..it seems to be an "Online" software issue for now.
