Why does Intuit make it literally impossible to actually contact them? Why do they divert ALL inquiries to the "community"??

TurboTax has some glitches - I have the 2019 Home and Business edition. After going through the entire process, I discovered that it does not correctly transfer information to the California returns, causing multiple review issues.  It is literally impossible to reach or even write to anyone at Intuit about technical problems - the only option is to post to the "community"
