I sold my single-family rental property in 2019 - How do I enter the costs noted on the settlement statement?
Hi,
I sold my single-family rental property in 2019.
- How do I enter/account for the costs listed on the settlement statement, like commissions, seller credits, title and escrow charges, taxes, etc?
- Can these charges be deducted from the gross sale price (Total Sale Price field in Turbotax)?
- What do I enter all the above in TurboTax?
