I sold my single-family rental property in 2019 - How do I enter the costs noted on the settlement statement?

Hi,

 

I sold my single-family rental property in 2019.

  1. How do I enter/account for the costs listed on the settlement statement, like commissions, seller credits, title and escrow charges, taxes, etc?
  2. Can these charges be deducted from the gross sale price (Total Sale Price field in Turbotax)?
  3. What do I enter all the above in TurboTax?
