So you are self-employed. You do not have an employer who is withholding tax, Social Security or Medicare, so that means you will be paying self-employment tax as well as ordinary income tax. If you use online TurboTax you will need the Self-Employed version; if you use desktop software you can use Deluxe or any version since the desktop software versions all have the same schedules and forms.
You will not "report" taxes through Pay Pal. Pay Pal does not prepare tax returns. (Maybe PayPal is how the client is paying you. )
