Rental property income and expenses are entered on Schedule E. This schedule is completed in the Rental Properties and Royalties section.
- Click on Federal Taxes
- Click on Wages and Income
- Click on I'll choose what I work on
- On Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E), click the start or update button
