It looks like you are in Deluxe and since you state you do not own the property, only mineral rights, you are going to choose Investment income and not Royalty income after you enter this 1099-MISC. This is going to prompt you to upgrade to Premier since it handles Schedule E which is where the royalty goes, in this instance.
