This question has to be answered "yes" or "no". "I was considered legally blind as of December 31, 2017."
You can get to that section by clicking on the "My Info" tab in your Menu Bar located to the left of your screen to get to the "Personal Summary" page. Here you can click "edit" (pencil icon) to see that question.
