Each IRS Schedule E is designed to accommodate 3 separate rental properties, so you do not need 3 separate Schedule E's - https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040se.pdf

 

You have to enter the first rental property income, expenses and assets using the TurboTax interview.  When completed with the rental property you will will land on the Rental and Royalty Summary screen and click on the button Add another rental or royalty.

 

Enter rentals in the Search box located in the upper right of the screen.  Click on Jump to rentals
