Your mobile home park rent payment is not deductible at the federal level but some states offer a tax deduction or credit for rental payments as a property tax credit.
When you get to your state interview and the "Adjustments" and/or "Credits" section, you may find a property tax deduction or credit topic. In that topic you may be asked about your rent payments including mobile home park rent if your state offers that benefit.
