Yes, if you rented a manufactured home and lived in it as your personal residence, then that would qualify for the $60 if single or filing separately ($120 for other filing statuses) nonrefundable CA renters credit if you otherwise qualify.

To qualify the following must apply:

  • You paid rent for at least half the year in CA
  • The property was not tax exempt
  • Your income was less than $50,746 if single or $101,492 if married filing jointly or Head of Household
  • You are not able to be claimed as a dependent
  • You did not get a property ta exemption
