Education
You do not need to apply it to a loan. If you took a distribution from a 529 plan, you would have received a 1099-Q. If you used the funds for educational expenses, you do not have to enter it, as it would not be taxable. If you used the funds for things other than education expenses, and need to report it some of it as income, see this TurboTax FAQ.
