It sounds like you answered something and entered something so the form is still there.  As long as you did not have grants and scholarships in excess of your tuition, you do not need to enter the 1098-T on your return.  You can delete the form by clicking Tools>>Tax Tools>> Delete a form>>Delete next to the 1098-T

 

If you have scholarships and grants in excess of your qualified educational expenses, you would still need to enter the 1098-T on your return because the excess is considered taxable income.  If this is the case, you will need to get the form from your parents and enter it.
