If you are not seeing the screens @Anonymous mentioned, start from the beginning of the Pennsylvania section.
- Click on State in the left column
- Then Continue next to Pennsylvania
- Keep going until you see a screen for Schedule K-1 income.
- Then a Schedule K-1 summary. Edit.
- Continue to Partnership credits. There are boxes for PA Educational Improvement Tax Credit and PA Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit.
