Please explain what you mean by "I filed my 2018 and 2019 taxes at the same time." Each tax year has to be prepared and filed separately using the forms for the specific tax year. You cannot combine tax years on the same tax return. And...the online program is ONLY for 2019 returns-- no other year. So what EXACTLY did you do to prepare and file a 2018 return-- and when?
