Here's how to delete your RITA return:
- In the Ohio section go to the screen "A few things before we wrap up your state taxes"
- Tap Revisit Ohio city taxes
- On "Do you want to file your city income taxes?" RITA should be check, tap Continue
- On "RITA Municipal Income Tax" tap Done with Rita
- On "Would you like to delete your RITA return?" tap YES
