Are you using the Desktop program or the Online version?  You may have marked last  year's schedule C as Final?  If you have the Desktop program for 2021 you might be able to get it transferred.  

 

If you are using the Online version maybe you are in the wrong account?  It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used
