Well I am a covered consumer. I came in here to start my paper work. Not to be taunted by a consumer. I shouldn’t have been paying TurboTax to do my taxes. But I will call them in the morning to handle my situation. Thanks for the reply @rjs but it wasn’t needed by a no employee of TurboTax
