600 was probably for the 2nd Stimulus payment that came between Dec and February 2021. That was for 2020. Did you get the first Stimulus payment 1,200 from last spring? The first 2 were for your 2020 return. Did you file 2020? Did you have an amount on line 30?
The 3rd Stimulus payment is 1,400 per person and came out starting in March. If you didn't get it you claim it on your 2021 return as the Recovery rebate credit on line 30. Turbo Tax will ask if you got it and how much.
