No, the IRS will not give you a Recovery Rebate Credit if you already received the 3rd stimulus. They will remove the $1,400 from your tax return which will reduce any federal refund you were owed or it may mean you have taxes owed. The IRS will send you a letter in the mail explaining the changes they made. And if you have taxes owed will send you a bill.
There are no interest or penalties if the taxes owed are paid on or before April 18, 2022.
