Actually, the problem is it doesn't accept one or the other. If you enter a SSN it still wants an EIN. The frustrating thing is that it did several reviews and said everything was ok. It wasn't until I paid the $203 and put all the info in to file that it found this problem that shouldn't be a problem. This problem is all over the place. There are many threads on this but I guess TT feels it's ok to charge people for a product with a glaring issue. I won't be using this software next year.
