You can add the expenses for your business in Schedule C. 

 

Here's how to do this in TurboTax Online:

  • Navigate to Federal > Wages & Income > Self-employment income and expenses
  • Edit the business or add if not listed
  • Choose Add Expense
  • Find the type of expense in the list of expense options (you may need to do this a few times, depending on how many expenses you have) 
  • Continue and the chosen expense(s) will appear in the list of expenses. Choose pencil icon to add the amount of the expense
