I just tested the Form SSA-1099 on my Mac today, February 4th, and it is available and working.

 

You might try saving and exiting the return, exiting TurboTax and reopening the return. Go back to the Income section and try entering Form SSA-1099.

If you confirmed that you have all of the minimum system requirements, you might also try clearing your cache and cookies.
