If the IP PIN was never requested from the IRS, there is no reason to get one now.
The only other PIN on the tax return is the e-file PIN which is only 5 digits and as previously stated he can enter any 5 digit number he wants to. Only the 2023 AGI needs to be correct for e-filing and since he did not file a 2023 tax return entering a 0 is the proper and correct number to enter for the 2023 AGI.
