TurboTax generates Form 568 when you complete your California tax return for a Single Member LLC. Follow the steps below:
- Open TurboTax
- Go to State Taxes
- TurboTax guides you through the interview and when you get to Business Summary topic Select Edit
- Complete the entries for Form 568 - CA requires you to e-file Form 568 and Creating Form 568.
