I'm not sure where you're getting your information from but, oddly, you say the forms will be available/updated on 02/28/2024 when what I'm seeing under 'Check This Entry' says "We should have this ready by 02/27/2024--please check back with us then.."
Please explain why the date you're giving is a day longer than what I'm seeing.
Obviously, this is not your fault but rather an issue for TT and Intuit. Please, if there's any way you can push this issue to the software/IT side of TT to take a look at that would be greatly appreciated.
