Here’s how to create California Form 568.
- In the California section go to the screen “Business Summary”
- Tap EDIT next to your Single Member LLC (SMLLC)
- On “Is [SMLLC] owned by a single member LLC, tap YES
- On “California requires that you e-file Form 568, tap CONTINUE
- On “Single Member LLC filing” you will see a window for a fill-in Form 568 for you to complete
