1) make sure yo use the exact-same UserID and password that you used for your tax file when you log in to ItsDeductible.
2) make sure you keep good records of everything donated, even if you use the tool. We have some major questions about the viability of that software and whether it will continue to exist in the future. While I have no insight as to what is going on with it... the abominably poor support it has been given this past year, and some major software problems it has had, brings it's future viability into question.
