Click on the Federal Taxes tab, then Deductions and Credits right below.
Click on the blue Choose what I work on button if you see it; if not, just scroll down the list until you come to Cars and Other Things You Own
Click on Update for Personal Property tax
Say Yes you paid some, then delete the amount you entered, don't change it to zero.
You can then go Back and say No.
