In the past I've entered homeowners association dues. Where do I enter HOA dues this year?

You cannot deduct HOA fees for your own home.

I have always deducted my HOA dues on past tax returns. Is this now eliminated as of2019 tax return?

Then you have always been deducting the HOA incorrectly.

There is no deduction for HOA fees on a personal residence.  Just like there is no deduction for utilities on a personal residence and no deduction for homeowner's insurance on a personal residence.

Only if you are renting your property. If your renting your main home, you can take a portion of the HOA fees.
