No, you can only deduct the expenses which you actually incurred and for which you have documentation.
Even if you don't have receipts, your bank statements and credit card statements may be able to support your claims; you can also request reprinted receipts for the hotels.
This is also a Miscellaneous deduction, which mean the expenses must exceed 2% of your AGI before you will notice a difference in your tax return.
