@max1char2sam3 If TurboTax is circling when trying to reach a tax expert you can try the steps below to resolve this.
- Go out of your program, close your browser and go back in.
- Clear your cache and cookies. Click here for How do I delete cookies? Click here for How to clear your cache.
- If you are using a VPN, disable it.
- Try using incognito mode.
- Try a different web browser, such as Google Chrome or Firefox.
