IF both of you were at or over 65 during 2025......and only $6000 is showing

 

GO BACK to the Personal Info section and EDIT each of you.

During the entry of your SS, there is a checkbox, indicating that the SS number is not valid for employment.

One of you has that box checked, and it likely should not be.

(you don't have to be employed....the SSN just has to be eligible to be used for employment should that person choose to work again)

 

That box is only checked if their SS card actually says it's Not Valid for Employemnt...in which case, there will be a $6000 drop off from that Sr deduction.
