This issue is reported as fixed in a recent update.  I'd suggest deleting Form 5695, and performing a Manual Update.  Then step through the Home Energy interview from beginning to end to see if your issue resolves.

 

In my test return, when I check the box on Form 5695, it fills in the address from my return automatically.  You could also try checking your Address in the My Info section to see if there might be a space before the house number, or a special character.
