You will enter that as a follow-up question after you enter the 1099-R form for the IRA distribution involved with the QCD.
BUT
The 1099-R forms ,in the TTX software, that are needed for that entry, aren't scheduled to be ready until on/after 21 January.
...so try to enter that 1099-R next Friday and carefully answer the questions that follow that 1099-R.
