@kileyw1984 Married and Head of Household are two different filing statuses.   Information flows from your federal return to your state return.   What filing status did you use on your federal return?   If you were legally married at the end of 2025 your filing choices are to file married filing jointly or married filing separately, unless you lived apart from your spouse for at least the last six months of 2025 and you had custody of the children---then you might be able to file as Head of Household.

If you qualify as Head of Household, when you enter your marital status (single or married filing separately) into MyInfo, and then enter your qualifying dependent, TurboTax will offer HOH as your filing status.
