Who is "they"? Short answer --no. No one tells TurboTax about your bills of any kind. TurboTax is do-it-yourself tax software. The software only knows what YOU enter. You seem to have a lot of questions, some of them duplicates about deducting medical expenses. This is not live chat. You post a question and then you need to wait for someone to reply. If this is pretty confusing for you, you might want to consider using one of the online "Live" versions ----you pay more but you will get help from a tax expert.
