Since the child does not have an ITIN or a Social Security number, you remove them as a dependent on your tax return.
If using the TurboTax online editions, click on My Info on the left side of the online program screen and delete them as dependents.
If using the TurboTax desktop editions, click on Personal Info at the top of the desktop program screens and delete them as dependents.
