Yes, as "potential" Medical Deductions you enter on the Deductions&Credits page in the Medical Expenses area. The interview in that area will ask about all medical insurance payments you made.
.....but it doesn't end up as a deduction unless 1) All your out-of-pocket Medical expenses exceed 7.5% of your AGI, and then only the part that exceeds the 7.5% of AGI is included in your itemized deductions...AND 2) even then, ALL your itemized deductions must exceed your Standard Deduction before any will be used.
Of course, if you have enough itemized deductions to be used, you'll have to upgrade to the Deluxe software to use them. The online Free or Live Basic software can't utilize itemized deductions/Schedule A.
