- Start next to Miscellaneous Income
- Start next to Other Income not already reported on a Form W-2 or 1099
- Say Yes to did you receive any other Wages
- Continue through to Any Other Earned Income
- Enter Source of Other Earned income as Other
- Then enter the description of the income and amount
