I have not made the payment for filing my taxes. I went to Tax Tools -> Tools -> Delete a Form and see all the forms that are generated for Federal tax. I see Form 8936 but not Schedule A (Form 8936). I followed these steps to view the available forms for Federal filing.

Where can I find Schedule A (Form 8936) form? I want to make sure that the form is available before making the payment.
