We are looking into this issue. Would you please share a diagnostic file of your return to help us with the investigation? This will remove all of your personal information from your return. We will only be able to see the numbers and the forms with your personal info removed.
To share your file with us using TurboTax Online select the following once fully logged into your return:
- Tax Tools on the left hand side of your screen in the menu
- Tools
- Share my file with agent
- Ok when you see a pop up that says send the sanitized diagnostic copy to us
- then reply with you token number in this chat thread.
