If you are using TurboTax Mac Desktop, then you will select the following to send a diagnostic file to an agent

Help at the top of the screen when you are in Easy Step Mode (you may have to bump the top of the screen to get the menu to drop down)
Send Tax File to TurboTax Agent
Copy the code that you are sent
