Go back through the section for entering a Dependent and check your answers. You should have indicated that the child lived in your home for the entire year, That the child did NOT provide over one-half of their own support. That there was no one else in the household that provided support for the child. And in the section for entering their Social Security number you did NOT check the box for Not eligible for employment.
Also, the child must be under the age of 17 in 2024.
If all is correct then delete the child as a dependent in the My Info section of the program and then re-enter.
