Typically, the NYSRCINCOM shows up on a W2 in box 14 and is short for NY Source Income.  The box 14 category should be "Other (not classified)".  I suspect you are NY nonresident who worked in NY.  You likely have a NY line on your W2 and the box 16 matches box 1 on that W2.  However, your employer is helping you allocate those wages by letting you know in box 14 what part of those wages are NY source.  In the NY state interview you will have the opportunity to allocate to NY the wage amount that is NY Source Income according to your employer.
