Based on those Line numbers it looks like your credit has been removed by the calculations in the Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit Limit Smart Worksheet. The worksheet is between lines 30 and 31.
Look at the worksheet calculations. They are based on the amount from Form 1040 Line 18. And the amounts, if any, from Schedule 3 adding Lines 1 thru 4 and negative from Line 6.
