Deductions & credits

You would only have a 1095A if you had marketplace insurance---"Obamacare"  also known as Affordable Care Act--from healthcare.gov.   Your spouse undoubtedly knows the difference between private insurance and marketplace insurance.    When it asks you if you have a 1095A say NO.

Did you answer incorrectly already?

If you need to delete the 1095A from your return

To delete it, please follow these steps:

  1. In TurboTax, open your return
  2. In the left-hand column, locate Tax Tools, click on the drop-down arrow then click on Tools
  3. On the Tools Center  page, click on Delete a form
  4. A list of forms will appear. Locate the Form 1095-A and click Delete next to it.
  5. On the next screen, click Delete Form

And....you do not enter anything about a 1095C on your tax return.
