Anyhow....if you haven't found the spot already?
Look for a menu item, on the Federal Deductions&Credits page, for "Estimates and Other Taxes Paid".
If using the Online tax software, you might have to click on a button to "Show All Tax Breaks" to get the full menu to show up.
