If you are talking about the deduction for a cash donation that you could get if you used your standard deduction, that was only for tax years 2020 and 2021.  That was eliminated for 2022 and 2023.   If you donated to a charity, you can only use it as an itemized deduction, subject to the same rules as other itemized deductions.  You have to have enough itemized deductions  (mortgage interest, property tax, etc.)  to exceed your standard deduction, or a charity donation will have no effect.
