Its on the "Deductions&Credits" page in the menu, under a listing for "Home Energy Credits"
You go in on that menu line, and that ends up filling in the form 5695 for you.
BUT
You'll probably have to upgrade to one of the paid software versions (Deluxe or Premier) to get it since the "Free" version of TTX won't handle it.
